　　职位描述

　　The appointee is expected to:九游官方网站

provide administrative and secretarial support to the Office of Dean of Arts and various committees of the Faculty;

handle personal data of staff or students in the form of database management; c) assist in matters related to student admission and undergraduate curriculum;

carry out outreach activities and publicity of the Faculty;

provide editorial service for publications of promotional materials; f) organise functions and events;

assist in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

　　职位要求

Applicants should have a recognised degree with at least two years of work experience.

Administrative experience in universities or education institutes will be a definite advantage.

Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua),九游官网 proficiency in computing applications, and good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Ability to perform multi-tasks and work under tight schedule with least supervision will be desirable.

Knowledge and experience in graphic design and website maintenance will be an advantage.
